Crabmeat Quiche

Mix together:

6 eggs

8 oz cream cheese

3/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning

3/4 tsp dry mustard

4 TBsp mayo

2 TBsp Worcestershire Sauce

juice of one lemon

1 c. cottage cheese

1 TBsp baking powder

1/4 c.flour

Fold In:

1/2 lb crabmeat, drained and rinsed

1 c. cheddar cheese-shredded

Pour into two pre-baked crusts and bake for 1 hour at 350
