Blueberry French Toast

Melt small amount of butter in botton of a individual baking dish.

Pour 1/4 cup of blueberries mixed with a little sugar in the bottom of the dish.

Beat 4 eggs, 1 cup milk and a splash of vanilla in bowl, dip French bread in

the milk mixture and place on top of blueberries.

Bake in 350 oven for 20 - 25 minutes

Turn upside down on plate and top with sauce.

Sauce:

3 cups blueberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon tapioca

Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens and blueberries are soft.
