A lovely 1876 Victorain showplace on the historic corridor of Bar Harbor. The Holbrook House was one of the first cottages to provide lodging in the late 1800's. Spared from the Great Fire of 1947 by a providential change in the wind, the inn remains a symbol of hospitality which has been the hallmark of Bar Harbor for over 100 years.

Guests of the Holbrook House enjoy a full gourmet breakfast each day served in our beautiful sunroom. Also join us for afternoon refreshments in our sunroom or on our front porch.

Our guests can also enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub at the nearby Quality Inn. The Inn is a short walk to the downtown shopping, restaurant, and waterfront activities.
